Where do you currently ship to?

We are a UK site shipping to Africa (in Pounds Sterling (£)). On occasion we act as proxy for those living and working in Africa; where we will complete your order for shipping within the UK. As we have partnered with an established and reputable shipping provider we are able to extend our reach outside Africa. Please see below for a list of these countries.

Where can I receive my order?

Your order can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) or you can collect from couriers deport if the option is available.

Please note that the above timescales are applicable for mainland areas. Please allow in excess of 5 working days for deliveries outside mainland areas.

All orders are subject to checking by Customs which may delay the delivery of your order. Any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient.

We cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been despatched.

Can I place an order and arrange for a nominated party (i.e. friend or family member) to collect from your UK collection point and bring back to my me in Africa?

Yes, you can, however it will be your responsibility to arrange for the item to be collected from us. It is necessary for the nominated party to have a copy of the order email confirmation as well as show their ID (Passport, Driver's License), before the item is released, where they will be required to sign for the collection of the item.

Can I track my order?

Yes, by contacting us via phone or email. However if you select Tracked & Faster as your delivery method, you will be sent a tracking number.

What is the delivery/shipping process?

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched then another when your items are in the and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you that your item is awaiting collection or to arrange delivery of door-to-door service if selected.
