I did not receive my activation email!
This is a common problem, our account activation email usually arrives at you inbox within a few seconds. However, this is not always the case, the reason you did not receive the email may be one of the following:
- The email simply did not arrive at your inbox yet. Give it time as some email servers work slower, especially at peaktime.
- Overaggressive spam filter – Some spam filters provided by the online email applications (such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo and dozens of smaller companies) filter out our activation email. You should check the spam box if some time has passed yet you did not receive our email.
- Corporate firewall. It could be that an internal company firewall is stopping our email from reaching your inbox. You may want to talk to your IT Systems Administrator to allow emails from the www.niwibi.com to be allowed through.
- You typed your email wrong. It may sound silly, but it happens. Quite often. Your finger slipped and hit the wrong key on the keyboard during registration. Just one "typo" in the email address is all it takes – you will not be seeing our email. Please make sure that the email you provided is spelled as it should be.

Although you can view the site worldwide we only provide online shopping service to Africa, and selected countries please refer to our shipping page for more information.

Are out of stock items restocked?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.
Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about NIWIBI's latest new products and offers?
Yes. By simply registering with NIWIBI, you will be given this option once you place an order.
How do I recover my forgotten password?
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer care.
Can I remove items from my order?
Once your order is completely processed you will be unable to delete items. Please contact customer care as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact customer care, however we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
NIWIBI only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer care.
